Can Anybody Tell Me What The Problem Could Be Macbook Pro 13 Retina Display Early 2015

I am looking to buy this macbook, seller told me that display was damaged on its own, he told me possible reason could be moisture.where he lives it rains a lot. Update (05/25/2020)

Sat Kumar attach an external monitor and see if that shows properly. This is either a LCD issue or a GPU issue. Let us know what the external monitor shows you.
