Can An Under Counter Ge Dishwasher Be Put Into A Ge Portable Cabinet Dishwasher

I have a portable 24" GE dishwasher that has died. The price of the new portables are ridiculous, but a new under counter (model GSD2100VWW) is fairly cheap! Is it possible to install the under counter into the portable cabinet?
