I have a Samsung Un55d6000 power board can I use it to repair my Samsung58 in. Pn58c590g4fxza Plasma power board
Hi @stuart22 , Without looking at the schematics for each board I would say no you can’t. Searching online for a Un55d6000 power board, shows that the power board “board number” is BN44-00424A and the Pn58c590g4fxza power board “board number” is BN44-00332A or BN44-0031A. They have different board numbers for a reason, mainly that they are different and are designed for specific applications You can verify this by checking the board numbers printed on the boards that you have They will be different circuits and most probably will supply the voltages, which may also be different, on different pins in the connectors. Doing this is a good way to damage either the TV, the power board or both. Always swap like for like unless you can confirm that they’re compatible and even then treat this with caution.
