Camera app open but black screen. Unable to use any of the functions. Will not take pictures, videos, and no front camera switch. Deleted all Photoshop applications except the for actual phone. Without doing a hard reset, what’s my next step to solving the issue? My phone is “ZTE max duo LTE”
go to the apps menu (not the home menu) and hold the camera app until you see the home screen and then drag it up to “app info” or whatever its called at the top of the screen and then press “clear cache” after the menu opens but stay far far away from the “clear data” button and then go home and open the camera and enjoy
