Chosen Solution
I recently purchased a replacement [pro]master battery for my PowerShot s95 and I’m not sure if it is the camera or the battery, but my camera won’t turn on.
No solution but I have a similar problem with my Cannon powershot 530xs. I think my battery may have gotten exposed to heat by leaving it in my car. So I purchased a replacement and that battery won’t hold a charge either.
