Whenever I activate my camera, the screen swiggles like it’s under water and makes a crackling sound. I also hear the sound when I open my photo gallery. I wait a few seconds and it returns to normal. Anybody know what causes this? Thanks.
This is a manufacturing defect in Samsung cameras. The camera either “gets stuck” or has a problem calibrating/focusing. Depending on the camera issue, lightly flick the camera like you flick a peanut off a surface, and it resolves temporarily, or replace the camera completely.
