I have an iphone 4S. The camera does not work. It goes onto the camera app but is just a black screen, this happens for both the front & rear camera. I have updated the software, reset the phone, done a hard reset but it is still happening. Any help would be appreciated? Thank you
I had a similar problem, after I updated iOS 9.1. After a recovery with iTunes everything is running fine! Maybe you give it a try - after the recovery you can use your iPhone backup so you wont lose your data.
