i did a strip down to change my charge port and once installed the rear camera and flash started to play up. also systemUI report came up. what i have discovered is when i take the phone out of its metal back case and start it up, every thing works well!! once i put it all back together it stops working again after a few days!! i feel its more of a software issue the hardware? i have factory reset it many time but the rear cam and flash only works when i dismantle it!
Check for damaged connectors and cables. If they are not damaged, try cleaning the connectors for the flash and camera using 91% Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol. It is non-corrosive and non-conductive, and will remove the oils left behind by contact with human skin, making it perfect to clean the contacts with. EDIT FOR WARNING: Unplug battery BEFORE using isopropyl alcohol on the phone inside.
