Good day Ma’am. I would like to ask solution with my problem on my Iphone 7 plus. Right after , I updated it to ios 14 , my rear camera does not work anymore. However, when I placed it to ×2, it works. But the ×1 and its portrait, it does not work, it was just black. Then to think that it would work my rear camera, I updated it to 14.5 but still, it didnt work. Im frustrated with that , what should I do? Thank you for your response
hello Iverson, The 7+ has two main cameras, one of them has stopped working for some reason. Maybe it’s just a plug from the port (which sometimes happens) but more likely the camera was flooded before. You have to disassemble it and check the reason. If you can’t do it yourself, find a good repair shop. The new camera for 7+ costs from $ 40 so it’s not cheap. -regards,
