More detail on the issue could help a lot more with this but I will try my best. There’s always a chance your speaker could be dirty or going bad. In the case of it being dirty, clean the speaker with isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip. In the case of it going bad, getting a replacement speaker and replacing the old one, or paying someone to replace the old one, is your best bet. However, If you provide more details on your phones issue (such as when this started happening), then the answer could be a lot less generalized. For all we know it could be a dozen of potential issues.
