Hello! I recently joined a company that require me to install Authenticator in my Xiaomi mi4 in order to access the company’s email. I did and in addition, it asked to setup pattern lock (i never lock my phone) and i simply chose the easiest pattern but somehow it didnt work. I tried over 5 times and now it is locked for 119 minutes before i can try another pattern… Any software or guru out there can help with bypassing or removing the pattern lock without wiping my data? Thanks in advance!
You can reset the lock pattern by login into your G-Mail ID through PC/Laptop. Make sure your phone is Switched On and connect to Internet.
Hello Jai, I tried that… Found my device via GMail but only have option to Call My Device, Secure My Device or Wipe Data!
