So last night I was driving my friends car with her in the passenger and we bumped into the back of a car at a red light and they had the police come and I was wondering if I can get in any legal stuff about this. We gave him both of our lienses and her registration and insurance. Does this mean I can get in anything with my insurance from this or no ? Really worried. Can anyone help me out ?
This doesn’t seem like a question that belongs on iFixit but I will answer anyway. Yes, you, your insurance or the car owners insurance will need to pay for any damage to the vehicle and/or people in the car you hit. Your or car owners insurance should take care of it.
