Built In Keyboard And Trackpad Are Not Working Macbook Pro 15 Touch Bar Late 2016

This MacBook pro is water damaged, and I changed the topcase already, but the built in keyboard and trackpad still doesn’t work. Why’s that? External keyboard and trackpad still works though. Any ideas? Should I try cleaning logic board??? If I should, where should I clean?
