I have a Panasonic TH-60AS700A tv and bugs keep getting into the screen. over time they sometimes disappear but I have a couple of persistent ones that have hung around. They aren’t moving just seem to have died on the spot. When they originally started appearing I spoke to Panasonic (while it was in warranty) thinking they were dead pixels but was unsure, and once I mentioned that they could be bugs they said they could get a technician to have a look but if they were bugs it wouldn’t be warranty and they’d charge me. I complained saying how on earth could they be making tvs with a flaw like this and she just fobbed me off, like how sad, too bad attitude! so… how on earth do I get these little dead buggers out of my screen?
Same here. I was told that it’s not covered by warranty. Have 3 bugs inside my dx900
Service can inspect my TV on my expense?!?!!
