Is it possible to remove and replace the hard brush roll?
It looks like you can remove it: Remove both brush roll bands (use existing guides)Remove the two screws near the left end of the hard brush, the one with a large white gear.Slide the long thin flat brush on the bottom out through the sideLift the two metal wires you just exposed supporting the hard brush on the bottomPush the hard brush from the right end and it should slide right out. I haven’t found replacement parts for it yet, and the hard-to-reach parts where hair might gather that are still hard to reach unfortunately.
