How to repair the Touch Bar when half of it is not working (display & touch) and the rest is working, What would be the price for replacing or is there any option that could make the rest of the touch bar to work. It was due to accidental damage.
The Touch Bar display is damaged! There is nothing you can do to patch this together. You’ll need to either have the Touch Bar replaced or do it your self. Are you up to it and have the needed tools? We don’t have a guide to do it but the teardown offers enough information to figure things out. It has also been broken for me and they have asked me € 700 to fix it. It cost me 2400 and you expect me to pay only € 700 for that … shameful.
