I bought a used 5c from a friend with a previously replaced screen that was cracked. When I opened it up I noticed where you plug the front camera into on the board had missing prongs and was damaged will the phone still work with a new screen?
Without the front camera flex you won’t be able to use the proximity sensor, ambient light sensors, in ear speaker or loudspeaker microphone so I wouldn’t really consider it viable unless you only want to use it as an mp3 player.
