Hi, I broke my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X 5.5 Inch screen. I have found this guide: Xiaomi Mi Note Screen Replacement I am not sure though, if I need both a screen and a digitizer. Despite the crack on the screen, the phone works fine it terms of functionality. Image is here, happy to also add a video if it helps:

You only need the screen. But this process is really hard therefore you will probably end up breaking the digitalizer during the repair if you have not tried it before and then you will also have to replace the digitizer
