The display of my mid-2013 MacBook Air is misbehaving for a while, and now it became pretty much unusable. For a while I could adjust the position of the lid such that the display was working correctly, but now even this became impossible. There is a video of the experienced issue: https://youtu.be/XJIDOcr599M (I twisted the LCD slightly along it’s vertical axes when the image came back at the end). Do you think it’s a problem with the LVDS cable, or more likely with the LCD itself? I appreciate your answers,Balazs

I think you might need to replace the display. I have seen this problem many times before on not only MacBooks, but other screens with cracked LCDs.
