Chosen Solution
I recently moved my washer and in the process broke the dial that selects the wash cycle. The cycle is stuck on Bulky. I can live with just one cycle but this particular cycle does not allow me to move the spin speed beyond medium. Is there a way to reset the cycle to Normal (Default)? How easy is it to replace the dial?
Christopher Belton , if it is just the dial that needs replaced and the stem that the dial was mounted on is still there, you can carefully turn that dial stem with a payer of pliers(do not damage). In this case you can order a new dial for $10-$20 and push it on. If you have broken the dials mounting peg right off the control board that will be more work and expense. Below are links 1st link is where you can get price on replacement part and 2nd link shows how to access control board to change if needed. Good luck.
