Chosen Solution
I was listening to music with my headphones in and my dog ran past me and yanked the cord out of my phone. After that there is a bright white line going through my phone. It almost seems like it dimmed the rest of the phone. I was wondering if anyone had an idea on what this could be. Hopefully the entire display isn’t broken. I have seen this before could be some pressure on the lcd so try to see if you have any dents on it somewhere and see if touching it in certain places makes it worse or better. If not then the lcd is damaged and would eventually need replacement.
