Chosen Solution
When I press the brew button, the light used to flash green, and start brewing. Now when I do it, it doesn’t flash! And it doesn’t brew…. also the clean button doesn’t work!
First, try unplugging and re-plugging the coffee maker, next try resetting the coffeemaker by pressing the power button for 5 seconds. This should reset back to the original settings and flush anything that may have frozen or stalled. Next, ensure you have a good descaling conducted, Be sure when inserting the carafe that the lid is on properly and the bump on the lid is touching the tab on the bottom of the filter holder pushing it up so it is open to drip the water. If your carafe is not seated properly, this will not allow for coffee to brew as this is a wonderful added feature where you can stop the brewing at any time to pour a cup.
