All I’m running is my stream smart box that works fine on other tv. It’s rum using ac power and hdmi cord. The picture is fine just no sound. I check audio tab on TV and everything appears to be correct. Did I buy a bad tv?
Have you tried a different HDMI cable? that may be a simple fix.
