dell inspiron 530d has new m/b new hard drive new psu and shows dell on the monitor and it wont start what do i have to do….
@ronnsplace you say you see the Dell sign on the screen, so you should get to the BIOS. There check that your peripherals show up i.e. hard drive. You said you repalced the hard drive but you did not tell us if you replaced the operating system. Without that properly installed on the hard drive your computer will not start up. You need to install it first.
