Chosen Solution
Ran Cruise control diagnostics shows foot and hand brake not working. Ohm the switches and both show good, no blown fuses and no power to the brake light plug. ABS light working as it should. 2013 Harley Davidson Electra Glide. Where to look at now? Cruise does work.
Does the cruise control disengage when the brakes are engaged? If so, I’d look for a broken wire somewhere between switch and light. Also, not trying to insult you, but you did check the bulb, right? (I’ve been busted by this myself!!!)
