I bought a new charger for my tablet and my tablet still won’t charge how can I troubleshoot it to find out what’s wrong if it’s charging or the tablet
Hi @cluelessgiget Did you check the charging port for damage? Look inside for bent/missing pins. Also plug in the cable and gently push up and down to see if the port itself is loose. If you need a replacement port, the process will require micro-soldering.
