The bottom part of the screen is not working.Hence i can’t put in my password or use other apps which requires to touch the bottom part..like instagram. I can’t use the bottom menu.
plz provide me afix. Is it a hardware or software issue. I tried hard resetting but to no help.
When you say hard resetting, do you mean a hard reset as in rebooting it or a system restore?
