I replaced my display assembly about 3 weeks ago with no issues. However, this weekend I dropped my phone while grocery shopping and now the bottom of the touchscreen no longer works; including the 4 apps at the bottom of my screen, the space bar and the row of letters above it. I figured when i dropped my phone, something got dislodged so today I disassembled and then reassembled the display with no change to my screen
Sounds like you may need a new screen again. If you still have your old screen you could try it and see if it works as long as its wasn’t to bad.
