ringtone can hear. youtube, play game or phone call can not hear both speaker.
Turn it off and on. If that doesn’t work then restore the phone to stock settings. If that doesn’t work open up phone and check to see if the speaker cables are connected first, Then if they connectors themself are damaged or bent. If still nothing wrong then replace the entire speaker housing and cable as last resort. Good luck
