Both Radiator Fan And A C Clutch Turn Off When A C Is Turned On 2006 2011 Honda Civic

I don’t know why, but when I turn my A/C on both my radiator and A/C clutch stop working and air gets hot, but when I turn the A/C off it works again. But as soon as I turn it on the air is cold and starts to warm up cause the clutch is not engaged.
