My actual laptop is the ROG G502VS-DB71 but they didn’t have that as an option. So I started up my laptop and had issues turning it on and windows said it didn’t update properly. It turns on fine now but I cannot use my keyboard or any of the USB ports. I’ve tried restarting it and uninstalling the keyboard driver but it hasn’t worked. Please help, I use it as my school laptop. Let me know if any additional information is needed. I’ve had it for about a year and I bought it refurbished and have had no issues until now. Thank you.
