One remote is operating both cars, they both worked fine when i left for work and when i have come home from work the other remote does nothing for either car. Have changed all batteries etc. Any ideas?
The cars look for the same frequency from the remote. Try using them far away from each other or returning one for a car from a different brand to hope to get a different frequency. You could also get a car that uses the 2.4GHz band, as those are able to use different bands in the 2.4GHz spectrum to connect. If the car has stopped responding completely to the remote, it could mean that a wire has come unsoldered and not conveying a strong enough signal to the car, you’d have to take apart the broken remote.
