Hello all ,i need help i exchange my macbook with surfacebook within a month both of its batteries stopped working and now this surfacebook literaly tuned to a garbage book because the moment i unplug the charger it goes off like a desktop pc . i m not in Us and my product is out of warrenty too is there any 3rd party repairing option i can go for i am very sad please help me thanks
You will ruin your Surface trying to open it. Often Microsoft will rma devices with non user errors even if their slightly out of warranty.
