My fan by the coils runs, the coils are clean, and the fan inside the freezer also runs. Still not cooling. I have a Bosch model number B22CS50SNS/01 I would definitely appreciate some help.
Hi, Just verifying that both the freezer and the fridge sections are not cooling, is this correct? Is the compressor running continually trying to drive the temp down? Is the compressor motor hot to the touch (be careful if you go to feel it)? If the compressor is running continually and the evaporator unit in the freezer is not icy cold to the touch you may have a problem with the sealed system. Either a blockage, a compressor problem or a lack of refrigerant in the system due to a leak (is there an oily residue below the compressor or condenser coils?) How old is the refrigerator? Most manufacturers give a 5+ years warranty on the sealed system including the compressor. Check your user manual for the warranty information as to what is given for your location
