When i turn it on the screen is black. The caps lock light is flashing. Ive tryed everything and nothing has worken.
You say you have tried “everything” but you haven’t told us what you have tried. For example have you gone to this link which will take you to the blink and beep codes: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c0… So the number of blinks and beeps is important. Count them as they occur. Let us know how it goes.
