Incredibly urgent. I can NOT lose the data so if you’re going to suggest to factory reset, no. iCloud and iTunes didn’t backup anything due to past issues. I’m stuck in a boot loop. Managed to install iTunes on my PC, connected iPhone to my PC and does not detect my phone until it hits DFU mode, from which point it only allows me to RESTORE my device (aka: factory reset, lose everything), never UPDATE. Actually, update did show once and it started downloading the firmware? I’m not sure, but since it was 3 AM, gave up and waited to wake up to do that, thing is, update don’t show no more. What do I do…
I’m very sorry, but this seems like loop disease, a problem that occurred with certain iPhone 7 models. It is irreparable (to my knowledge) so try taking it into an Apple Store. It will be incredibly pricy to have a repair done by them, but it data must not be lost it is your only option. Before you do that, try a new battery. It’s not likely to work, but has a small chance of recovery. Hope you get your issue sorted.
