Chosen Solution
So I was in New York for spring break and my charging cable was plugged into my portable charger, but it fell out of my pocket and the changing cable went through the part where you plug the USB into, therefore breaking it. Since then, the power bank will not turn on, nor charge my phone. Any suggestions?
With things like a power bank, it’s best to just return it and check the warranty.
