I am in need of some help, since a few months ago, I have been having a problem and it is affecting multiple programs like Sony Vegas and Minecraft Launcher. Some of the text in some programs is getting blurred and when I hover over them, it temporarily fixes it, but goes back blurred after a little while. IDK how to fix it and it is annoying me so much.

Here is a couple instances where some of the text is blurred:

I have an Intel Pentium Processor/Graphics Card and I have Windows Version 1903

Hi @theagames10 , What is the full model number of the laptop? Try starting the laptop in safe mode to check if the display is clear and not fuzzy. The screen will look different (resolution change) because only generic Windows drivers are loaded, but it should still be clear and not fuzzy. If it is OK you may have a driver problem. Check in Device Manager that the display adapter has got the latest drivers installed. Right click on the Windows Start button, on the left side of the Taskbar and click on Device Manager. When Device Manager opens, scroll down to Display Adapters and click on the > to the left of the Display Adapter entry to expand the list. Right click on the display adapter hardware entry and click on Update drivers and follow the prompts. You need to be online when you do this. Try connecting an external monitor to the laptop and check if its’ display is OK. This is just to prove whether it may be a laptop display panel problem only and not a motherboard or software problem. Even a TV can be used as an external monitor as long as it has HDMI inputs and you have the appropriate cable to connect the two together. Don’t forget to press the laptop’s display toggle key (top row, 4th key from the left, rectangle with line either side symbol) to switch between laptop display only, external display only or both on together.
