Hey if anyone can help. Bluray drive keeps spinning up with no disc every 10 minutes ? I replaced the Drive and swapped logic boards. I think some sensor is not working correct. I am also unable to turn the console off. What I have worked out is if there is a disc in the drive it seems to work and operate as normal. Does anyone know how to fix it ?
Does it happen predictably every 10 minutes? If so, I guess some sensors are latched triggered and the drive is cycling to try to clear that. The sensor is ignored when the disc is loaded so it doesn’t happen with a disc inside.
