Chosen Solution
I sent my Note 5 to Samsung for touchscreen repair and it came with the screen working fine, but the Bluetooth will not turn on now. I tried troubleshooting it by clearing the Bluetooth cache, rebooted device multiple times, and even performed a factory reset on the device; yet the Bluetooth does not turn on. Any suggestions?
I think the easy way is send him back … its looks like some hardware issue… you can flash with odin another rom….
