Hi, If the tablet is only 6 months old from new, consult the manufacturer’s warranty statement, which is usually found in the User guide as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement. If you haven’t got the manual here’s a link to the User guide for your tablet. Scroll to p.23 to view the warranty statement. Go the warranty option first because if you open the tablet to look for a possible hardware cause of the problem, you will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
