This phone has faced various difficulties. First it went into the water, and then shortly after having it repaired it fell on the ground. After this latest incident, I decided to repair it myself. I will preface this by saying that I was not using the phone (it may be that there were already problems but the user was not using bluetooth). I changed the battery, display and front camera. Now everything works except the bluetooth. It doesn’t always connect with devices, at best it connects but works poorly. For example, if I connect headphones, those few times I can connect them, it is jerky and I can’t get too far away from the phone. Any recommendations? I leave attached photos of how I assembled the phone: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1… One question: is there a possibility to change a bluetooth card or is it built into the motherboard?

Sounds like a corrosion issue from the liquid. Open it up again, remove the motherboard and check for signs of corrosion. You might have to remove a few plates too.
