Chosen Solution
My Blackberry Passport Silver Edition device is connected/paired with Jabra Bluetooth device. Either on receiving / dialing, when the call is connected, the connectivity with Blue Tooth (BT) gets disconnected after 3 seconds, again needs to change the select the mode of speaking at Bluetooth for every call. It becomes a hecti c task, even while driving. Also my BT is connected to another BB device - no such problems with it. Kindly suggest a measure to rectify it.
I have same problem with my lovely Passport and Jabra Mini headset, couldn’t find any solution but I have an experience to share with you: Try to install an android app (no similar for BB10 exist) to manage Bluetooth connection. Like “Bluetooth Auto Connect” I myself used. See here: https://tunesgo.wondershare.com/android/… This app reconnect selected devices every 5 seconds or else. With this alternative action I could solve my problem nearby 70 % but not solved completely. True solution is: -Install Jabra Service app but on BB is impossible. It is designed for Android.
