Hello, my s6 is having an issue with bluetooth. It will connect to an item then disconnect from it then connect again then disconnect again. Then after it connects and disconnects 2 to 3 times it will connect but no sound will play through the device, only a clicking noise can be heard. I tried clearing the cache, rebooted, forgot the device and reconnected to it, cleared the cache from the boot menu, and as a last resort factory reset. I’ve tried all the steps I could find online. I took it to us cellular and they suggest either pay 175 for insurance to get a replacement or buy a new phone. The tech said it could be a hardware issue. Is there a step I’m missing? If it’s a hardware issue, what should I replace? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
