My android box locks me out after 5 seconds of rebooting. The home screen will come up then 5 sec later a blue weather screen will pop up and freeze me out. The blue weather screen is just the time and weather icon and the wrong date. If I select the time it takes me to another detail weather screen. At this screen, I cant do anything. All I can do is go back and forth from screen shot to screen shot. I have anti viruses apps loaded. (AVG for example) I’ve tried rebooting several times, same result. I’ve tried disconnecting it for a while and I’ve tried WiFi and Ethernet, same issue. I have and older MX box, I reconnected it to my internet and worked fine. So, I know its the box, I think its I’m locked out by one of the program’s (apps) or a IOS virus.
Hi, I assume that by ‘rebooting’ you mean just powering the device off and on. If this is correct and as it hasn’t resolved your problem try performing a hard reset on your Android box.
