Got a brand new proscan tablet and it has horizontal lines on it on a blueish looking screen. Any ideas on how to fix it?
MIKE ACTON, if it is brand new, take it back to the store. It sounds like either a bad LCD or bad cable/connection, depends on what the screen shows (attach an image with your question so we can see what you see) Either or, I’d return it.
That is going to be a bad lcd.
