I have a cheap Polaroid 49GSR4100KL 49" 4K LED TV. We bought about a little over a year ago. The screen is blue with the audio (sound) still working. We can change channels, but just a blue screen. Any help?
@johnhelp a blue screen without anything showing is usually related to a bad main board. Like @jayeff already requested, let us know what you have tried. that way we can at least further attempt to help you repair your TV.
