My phone will go to a blue screen with black lines down it then it will restart
Did anything happen to your phone before it started doing this; dropped, water damage, screen replacement??
Hi friend,after blue screen,is it working normally? If it is not,maybe the system has problem,you can press power key and home key to restart. After that,if it still has black lines,maybe the hardware has problem,you can go to Apple service shop to test it.
