i buy a battery set from ifixit. After changed my battery , my iphone 5s get blue screen death and restart and persentage of battery display don’t change anymore.
You have mixed up the screws that go into the shield that covers screen connecrors .you have put a long screw were a shorter one was ment to go and it has damaged the motherboard.. Tom with is detailed answers as usual lol
You somehow damage the logic board during the process.
