Hello I was using my laptop with no problem since I got it so I tried updating windows and it was stuck on %100 so I restarted my laptop thinking everything would normal ones it’s on but I got the blue screen instead with critical process died stop code , I have tried everything but nothing works resetting,startup repair, uninstall updates nothing works but when I try system restore I have to tick a little box on the disk I’m using but I don’t have a mouse pointer to tick the box, please help me.
